The meaning of Patriotism:

Patriotism is ultimate love, devotion and attachment that a person feels for their homeland. It is more than your love of the scenery, showing up to vote, raising your flag or cherishing what our country offers us. Patriotism is way more than that. Patriotism is that feeling when you won’t let anyone harm your homeland, when you won’t let anyone raise their voice against your country, when you feel such an intense connection with your homeland that you know it is worth dying for. Patriotism is devotion to your country.

What it means to be patriotic to Americans:

Patriotism is devotion to your cultural values, no matter to how many ethnic groups call us home. As Americans, the foundation of our country is “Freedom” and this is what we all should believe in. This is what defines us as Americans. No political failure, no setback to economy… and no matter how adverse the conditions become, this should never affect your patriotism. In fact, in times of adversity, patriotism is what unites us and ignites the feeling of helping our fellow citizens.

Defining patriotism can be a difficult task, but with America’s rich history, one may say that Patriotism is actually love for our fair country’s betterment.

Being revolutionary:

To be revolutionary means to stand out from the rest, it means to think as broad as possible and to create a solution or generate an idea that hasn’t existed before. This vision needs to be shared with others because it doesn’t matter how amazing your idea is, if you don’t have the guts to share this idea with others; you can never be revolutionary. While it’s good that people like your idea or product, it is really necessary that you create an emotional connection in people with your product so that they may share in your revolutionary idea.
